Inland Real Estate Investment CorporationKeith D. Lampi is Chief Executive Officer and President of Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation (Inland Investments). He is responsible for leading the execution of Inland Investments' long-term business strategy. Mr. Lampi also serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of Inland Private Capital Corporation (IPC) and Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of IPC Alternative Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. (ALT REIT).
Mr. Lampi began his career as an intern during the inception of IPC in 2001. Throughout his 20-plus-year tenure at IPC, Mr. Lampi helped shape IPC into a tax-advantaged solutions market leader.
In 2018, Mr. Lampi was the President of ADISA, the nation’s largest alternative investment securities association. Mr. Lampi served on ADISA’s board of directors for six consecutive years and held several leadership positions within the association throughout his board tenure. He was the recipient of the ADISA Distinguished Service Award in 2016, an award presented to individuals and companies that have provided exceptional service to the association, the alternative investments industry, and the overall community.
Mr. Lampi received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Inland Real Estate Investment CorporationCatherine L. Lynch is Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and a Director of Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation (inland Investments). In this role Ms. Lynch oversees finances for Inland Investments and its subsidiaries. She also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Inland Securities Corporation, Inland Real Estate Income Trust, Inc., and InPoint Commercial Real Estate Income.
Ms. Lynch joined Inland in 1989 and was named a Director of The Inland Group in June 2012. Throughout her tenure she has served as a director and/or officer of a number of Inland Investments entities.
Prior to joining Inland, Ms. Lynch worked for KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. She is a certified public accountant and a member of the Illinois CPA Society. She is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA) as a financial operations principal. Ms. Lynch holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Illinois State University.

Additionally, Mr. Kiferbaum is responsible for ensuring that the firm’s investment direction is harmonized with product strategy across its suite of real estate investment solutions. Mr. Kiferbaum also serves as Chief Strategy Officer of IPC Alternative Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. (ALT REIT), as well as a director and the President of MH Ventures Fund II, Inc. and a member of the board of managers of the manager of MH Ventures Fund III, Inc.
Mr. Kiferbaum brings more than a decade of expertise and thought leadership in key areas of product strategy, product development and due diligence. Mr. Kiferbaum joined Inland in 2012 as a Financial Analyst for Inland Private Capital Corporation (IPC) and currently acts as Senior Vice President, Head of Investment Product Strategy, for IPC. Mr. Kiferbaum have been involved in over $10B in real estate transactions spanning across self-storage, student housing, senior housing, medical outpatient, retail, multifamily, hospitality, office, and industrial sectors.
Mr. Kiferbaum received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Iowa. Mr. Kiferbaum served on the Board of Directors of ADISA, the nation’s largest alternative investment securities association, of which he is a member, for a two-year term beginning in 2020.

Rahul Sehgal

In this role, Rahul Mr. Sehgal prioritizes the investor experience through the enhancement of investor and financial advisor interactions with all Inland Investments programs. The investor experience begins with investment processing and data transfer and concludes with investor relations and ongoing client service. Sehgal also serves as Chief Investment Officer of IPC Alternative Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. (ALT REIT).
Mr. Sehgal brings decades of expertise in operational strategy, real estate analytics and asset management execution. Most recently, he has served as Director and the Chief Investment Officer of Inland Private Capital Corporation (IPC) since May 2012 and November 2012, respectively. Mr. Sehgal joined Inland in 2004 and has held various positions throughout his tenure with the firm, primarily overseeing IPC’s investment strategies, including acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, tenant negotiations and portfolio review on behalf of ownership.
Mr. Sehgal received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

In this role, Mr. Zatloukal focuses on optimizing portfolio performance and maximizing investor outcomes for all Inland Investments’ programs. Zatloukal also serves as Executive Vice President and Head of Asset Management of IPC Alternative Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. (ALT REIT).
Mr. Zatloukal began his career with Inland in 2004. He left Inland in 2007, eventually serving as Vice President of Capital Markets at Jones Lang LaSalle in Atlanta through 2013. Mr. Zatloukal rejoined Inland in 2013, and has since held various positions throughout his tenure, primarily focused on structuring, financing and asset management functions.
Mr. Zatloukal received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Denise Kramer, CFA

Inland Real Estate Investment CorporationDenise Kramer, CFA, serves as Senior Vice President for Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation (Inland Investments). Ms. Kramer also serves as Chief Operating Officer and Lead Portfolio Manager of IPC Alternative Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. (ALT REIT), Inland’s public, non-listed, monthly-valued, perpetual-life real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on alternative real estate sectors. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing ALT REIT’s day-to-day operations and ensuring the efficient management of its real estate portfolio. Ms. Kramer works closely with other executive team members to execute the REIT's strategic vision, optimize asset performance, and drive operational excellence. Ms. Kramer also serves as Chief Executive Officer and a director of Inland’s commercial mortgage REIT.
Ms. Kramer began her career with Inland in 2016, serving as Senior Vice President, Investment Product Research for Inland Securities Corporation, Inland Investment’s affiliated broker dealer. Prior to joining Inland, Ms. Kramer served as Director of Investment Research at Advisor Group from January 2010 to August 2016 where she was responsible for the oversight of due diligence on all packaged products made available on Advisor Group’s platforms.
Ms. Kramer has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maine and a master’s degree in finance from Northeastern University, she holds Series 7 and 66 licenses with FINRA and is a CFA Charterholder.

Inland Securities CorporationMichael T. Ezzell is Chief Executive Officer and President of Inland Securities Corporation (ISC), the broker dealer for Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation and Inland Private Capital Corporation (IPC). Mr. Ezzell is responsible for ISC’s corporate strategy, sales, broker dealer relationships, securities operations, compliance and distribution channels. He also works closely with new product development, due diligence and information technology.
Mr. Ezzell has more than 25 years of extensive investment management, financial and strategic leadership experience. Prior to joining Inland in 2015, Mr. Ezzell held positions with Cole Capital in leadership and executive roles for more than five years. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (ARCP) and CEO and President of Cole Capital. He was responsible for all aspects of the management of the REIT’s distribution and investment management business, including sales, product development, broker dealer relationship management, securities operations, and capital markets. Prior to the merger of Cole Real Estate Investments (Cole) with ARCP in February 2014, Mr. Ezzell served as Senior Vice President of Product and Business Development for Cole, securing selling agreements with broker dealers for existing and new product offerings, opening new distribution channels and overseeing due diligence and new product development.
Prior to joining Cole, Mr. Ezzell served as Director of Investment Research at AIG Advisor Group, where he was responsible for managing investment research for a network of broker dealers serving as independent financial advisors. In that role, he managed the research and due diligence for all packaged investment products including mutual funds, variable annuities, alternative investments and third-party money managers. During his career, he also held positions with J.P. Carey Asset Management.
Mr. Ezzell received his Bachelor of Arts degree with double majors in Economics and Political Science from Stetson University. He also holds Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Inland Securities CorporationPhilip J. Graham, Jr. is the Executive Vice President of Strategic Relations for Inland Securities Corporation, the broker dealer for Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation and Inland Private Capital Corporation. Mr. Graham is responsible for promoting Inland and its investment solutions by maintaining, growing and deepening strategic relations throughout the financial services industry. He oversees the investment product selling team responsible for leading and maintaining the growth of Inland’s selling groups and industry relationships.
Mr. Graham brings over 30 years of experience to his position with Inland. Prior to joining Inland in January 2016, Mr. Graham served as the Senior Vice President and Director of National Accounts for Griffin Capital, where he was responsible for the strategic planning and selling agreement process for multiple products and product types. Prior to Griffin Capital, he was the Senior Vice President and Director of National Accounts within the Independent Broker-Dealer channel for Cole Real Estate Investments (Cole). At Cole, he led the national accounts function within the independent broker dealer channel, managed strategic business planning and measurement processes and played a key role in the listing of two REITs. During his career, he also held positions with Behringer Harvard, Evergreen Investments, the Boston Stock Exchange and Massachusetts Financial Services.
Mr. Graham received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sales and Marketing from Northeastern University in Boston. He holds Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses and is a Series 26 Registered Principal with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Inland Securities CorporationDavid E. Kasprzak is the Executive Vice President – National Sales Manager of Inland Securities Corporation (ISC). In this role, Mr. Kasprzak is responsible for ISC’s overall distribution strategy and sales performance initiatives. He is also responsible for the further development of the sales team, cultivating business relationships, and implementing best-in-class sales practices and campaigns.
Prior to joining Inland, Mr. Kasprzak served as a managing director at Robert A. Stanger & Company, working with existing and new alternative investment fund sponsors on the formation of new offerings, as well as developing multi-channel distribution strategies. Mr. Kasprzak has held leadership positions with RAE LLC, Forum Real Estate Group, Benefit Street Partners and Broadstone Real Estate LLC, where he sat on the firm Executive Committee and was integral in raising significant capital, growing distribution channels and developing new products. His efforts at Broadstone led to the public listing of the triple-net lease REIT Broadstone Net Lease (NYSE: BNL) in 2020. Earlier in his career, he held positions with Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Inc. and Evergreen Investments, Inc., providing investment product sales to wirehouses, independent broker-dealers and independent advisors.
Mr. Kasprzak received his Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses.
